Dates on form AN

Hi Guys,
I am due to apply via NCS on the 13th, I have filled in form AN in the last week, getting references ect.
It dawned on me the Dates on my form will be less than having been in the country for a year. I recieved ILR on the 13/02/2012. I have filled the form in on the 06/02/2013 with my referees signing a couple days after.
Is it OK to fill in the form and date prior to a year or do I need to get it all done on the 13th?
