Should I send original P60 with my AN application?

Hi,
I have 2 questions that I'm looking for answers. Hope someone could help me. I'm going to apply for naturalization by posting my AN application.
1.) Should I send my original P60 with the application?
2.) As my 1st referee one of my Engineer friend signed for me. He's not a chartered engineer. He's a Civil engineer with a masters. Is he qualify as the 1st referee?
