Dear All,

Can some one please guide me through to what sections should I fill out for my children registration as BC under section 1(3) in form MN1?

I am recently granted ILR and both my children were born in the UK.

I just done MN1 for my children, you plz read the guidence it clears most of the things.

Sections 1, 5, 6, 7 are relevant for s1(3) application. Also include referee page. NCS advised me to include the other pages and make a big cross across the page

Did you provide a second photograph for the child apart from the one which is on section 5?

Section 2(2.2 to 2.4) is mandatory for MN1 made under Section 1(3) of Nationality Act.

I just been to NCS and I was told by the advisor to fill out that section.

Hi, I just received ILR and want to apply for my child's citizenship. My child born in UK a year ago and does not have any visa and never travelled outside UK. I have few questions for filling MN1 form:

In Section 1 of form:
1- What to fill in 1.1 ?
2- What to fill in 1.2 ?
3- In 1.26 = I wrote my nationality but should i also mention that I got ILR?

Section2:
4- I assume section 2 is not for me? its for those whose child born outside uk?

Section 7:
5- I guess I should not tick 7.7 and 7.8 points?

Fee slip:

6- the correct fee is £551?
7- I should not fill FEE Refund part of fee slip.
8- What does 'delete' means in payment card types. Should we cross irelevant cards types?

Documents:
1- My child birth certificate
2- Child Passport
3- My BRP
4- Only 1 photo of child

5- Is my ILR Approval letter required?
6- my Passport Required?
7- Is child's mother passport or VIsa card required? (she has PBS dependent visa yet)
8- Marriage certificate ? (child born in 2011)

Can you reply to your questions please, I filling up the details for MN1 for my son and want to know/understand similar details?

I believe you must have already applied for you child.
