Hi,

With the help of this forum members I got the ILR for myself and spouse. Now planning to send the MN1 form for my UK born son(11 Months old). I tried calling 4 NCS service in our county most of them have appointments available only on 2nd Week of March.

Since my son's current visa expires on 03rd march, I am planning to send the application by post. Please let me know if this is good.

MN1 form
Child's Birth certificate(Long Form)
Payment form
Child's Current Indian Passport(Original)
Child's BRP(Original)
My Current passport(Original)
My BRP (Original)
My Old passport(Original) Is it required?
Spouse's Current passport(Original)Is it required?
Spouse's BRP (Original)Is it required?

Warm regards,
Senthil

1. Your son's visa expiry has no bearing on MN1 application as he was UK born.

2. No need to send original of anything except : Application form, Photo, Payment page, Long form birth certificate of your son, any passport he has.

3. For rest, copies are OK. No certification/attestation necessary.

4. For parents, I sent copies of my ILR approval letter and BRP card copy. No parents passports, no nothing else.

Good luck.
