hi

apologies if already asked but cant find an answer. earliest we can apply for naturilastion is 25/03/2013. partner has to go to auz on 20/03/2013.

can we go to ncs say 19th and ask them to only forward applying to HO on say 25th?
trying to avoid increased fees.

regards

Possible. See "Q2: Can I travel after applying for naturalisation?" in Citizenship FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting.

NCS send it on your behalf but you can ask them to postpone the post until you are eligible.

In the example you gave the applicant needs to have been present in the UK on 12/02/2008 (5 years before the HO receives the application).
