Hi guys,

My Questions is regarding MN1 application reference.

My son health visitor is NOT willing to give her passport number as she said

It is not trust policy that I disclose my personal details such as my passport number. I am able to disclose my professional pin number

So is this fine ? anybody have the same experience please share with me as I do have an appointment on this Friday...

Many in advance,
Rubi

For my child, health visitor signed and did not provide the passport numer. However, the application was successful.

Of the two referees for MN1 form,

One has to be of 'professional', UK passport not mandatory

Other has to be a UK passport holder , no professional requirement, but aged over 25.

In my own case, first was an accountant I knew but not UK passport holder, second was a friend without a specific profession, but a UK passport holder. Only the second gave their passport number.

Thanks,

Did you leave blank the passport number field for first reference [First was an accountant I knew but not UK passport holder] ?
