It is unlikely the HO will approve the born abroad child if the parents are not applying for naturalisation even if they apply together with UK born sibling. Is saving 1 year worth taking the risk and losing the fee?
Better to apply together is Feb 2014.

As you know this is application at discretion. I can't tell you what are the chances. Would the solicitor say what are "good chances"? If you are willing to take your chance, you can apply. The only risk is the £280 fee for each child. If refused, they can apply again in a few months when you apply.

Today I submited mn1 sec 1.3 and 3.1 together for registration as british citizen I am still not sure what can happning but the solicitor said you have 80% chance because your 1 child is born in uk and you have settled status he said as well from april the 6th there is fee increasing that is why I am agree with him any one have any idea about mn1 1.3 and 3.1 together application for registration as refugee.
