Hi Guys,

Please help. I am filling form MN1 and in section 2.1, I am not sure what I should fill. question is date and place of first arrival in UK. We came to UK first on workpermit, stayed 6 or so month and than went back to India and came back later after 7-8 months on HSMP and later extended the stay on tier 1.

Last year the applcation for ILR was based on 5 year stay on HSMP and tier 1. we didn't include the details of initial work permit at that time.

Now for citizenship allication, shall we specify the date of arrival based on first work permit for UK or the initial arrival after getting HSMP.

When did the child first arrive in uk if the child was not born in UK?
