Good Character rules about children an ASBO

Hi
In new Good Character rules they mention that we need to tell about children
You should also tell us if you have any children who have been convicted of an offence or
who have received a court order (e.g. an ASBO), We will consider if there are indications
that you may have been complicit in their activities or particularly negligent in ensuring
their good behaviour, and whether this reflects on your own ability to meet the good
character requirement.
My question is
If children are over 18 and incident happen 3 years ago still we need to mention this in application form.
