Need help to fill up application for AN

Dear all
I'm new in this forum and I need help to fill up form AN Application for naturalisation as a British citizen
Q1. Section 1.1 asking for " please give previous immigration and nationality and directorate or border and immigration agency or UK border agency refrence numbers" which number is this ?
Q2. On the payment slip asking for the HO Ref: which number is this ??
I'm applying for British naturalisation as a husband of British citizen
Please guide me.
