Hi, my husband got his ILR last year and he will be applying for his British passport in the next couple of months. And I am eligible to apply for ILR starting this month and British passport next year. But, is there any way that I could apply for British passport next year without applying for ILR?

No, in order to apply for Naturalisation as British Citizen which you need to apply for a British passport, you have to be free from immigration control (ILR).

You must apply for ILR first.
However once your husband becomes BC and you receive your ILR, then you can immidiately apply for Naturalisation as spouse of BC (you don't need to wait for 1 year from ILR), subject to the condition that you meet other standard requirements.
