I have one travel document expired in 2005 right before I've got my ILR. As I have no intention of travelling so didn't renew, ILR is on a piece of paper, my wife is bc, do i need to provide any additional info to prove the last 3 years residency in UK? Does UKBA keep records of entry and exit? I have bank statements, council tax bills , utilities bills over last 3 years, i'm unemployed, no benefit, never left UK

Get confirmation from your Embassy that you haven't had any other travel document since the one that had expired in 2005. See also ECB15.3 How to check if a person has left the UK and 2. Checking the residence requirements.

the travel document was issued in the UK, do you mean I need to get confirmation from the embassy of my country?
