Is it possible to register a child as British Citizen who is born outside of UK and who father got the BC after his/her birth.

Here is the situation.

1)- Child born on 10/07/2002 in Pakistan and also living in Pakistan
2)- Father got BC on 30/03/2013
3)- Child does not hold any UK visa
4)- Child's parents are divorced and Child's mother does not hold any UK visa and living in Pakistan

No. The child will have to apply for settlement and there will be a residence period before naturalisation can be considered. The settlement application will depend on the sole-responsibility of the UK-based parent- something that may not be evident from the very little information you have provided.

The situation is a bit complex. I am not sure how to prove the sole responsibility.

1. Daughter born in Jul 2002
2. We separated in Sep 2007
3. Divorced in Apr 2008
4. After lengthy negotiations settlement was reached outside court that I take all the financial responsibility of my daughter but she will remain with her mother. My daughter will visit her grandmother (my mother) every month.
5. I think the sole responsibility can only be achieved if her mother allows her to stay with me. Am i right?

Unless the mother were to sever relations completely, or be without the will to care for the child, (or were to die), it's very unlikely a settlement visa would be granted. You would need Family lawyer to help you with all of this.

I think from Family Lawyer you mean I have to go to a family lawyer to prepare the documents to show sole responsibility.
It seems a lot more Negotiations will be required with my ex-wife.

Yes Family law (the area of the law that deals with family-related matters) rather than the family lawyer (a person who is on a retainer to assist a family in all aspects of their legal advice)
