Joint application for naturalisation in uk

I came to uk on march 2007 in hsmp. My wife came as dependent on August 2008. We both has received ILR on end of June 2012. I am planning to apply for joint application for me and my wife on end of June 2013. My confusion is my wife will have residence period 4yrs 10months during this application. On the other hand it shows ukba that any dependent of British citizen can apply after 3yrs stay of which 1 yr with ILR. I am applying for naturalisation and not yet citizen. So in this case can we apply as joint application in June 2013? Or have to wait till August 2013 for joint application or we have to go for separate application if I want to apply in June 2013.
