Applying for Naturalization tomorrow

First of all let me thank all the members of your support since 2006.
Can anyone please clarify following queries
I have booked an appointment tomorrow at slough ncs for myself and for my daughter (2.5 years old)
1) My daughter was born in Inida before I got ILR(i.e. in 2010). I am filled MN1 form for my daughter. Please correct me if I am using the wrong form.
2) Referee: 1st referee: British citizen (Software consultant)
2nd refere: British Citizen (Company director)
Documents for myself:
1) AN Application form
2) LIfe in UK test certificate
3) Recent Self assessment return (I am director)
4) ILR Biometric card
Documents for my Daughter:
1) MN1 Application form
2) ILR Biometric card
3) Birth certificate
Suggest me if I have missed anything
