3 years residency requirement for naturalization

Hi I'm writing today regarding my confusion for residencyrequirement for spouses, I am married to british citizen and got my spouse visa in Oct 2011 for 2 years but before that I was on student visas since 2007 so after getting ILR in oct 2013 will I be able to apply for naturalization straight away as I would have met3 years residency which include 2 year spouse and a year before as student. So if you can clarify that is true or do I have to wait ayear on ILR before I appky for naturalization.
Now my another query is that for ILR I have to pass life in the uk test but do I have to pass any other english test or not as i heard rumours that it will be requirement after 28 oct 2013.
My third and last query is when I applied for my student visaextention in april 2009 i was refused and I applied for appealwhich was allowed and ukba granted me visa after that so that timei was waiting for appeal without visa until oct 2010 was legal stayand if not what was my immigration status during april 2009 untiloct 2010 when i was granted visa.
Thanks[/list]
