Dear All,

I am confused about one rule. If the parents and the child gets ILR, then the parents child who is:

- Born outside UK
- Is less than 12 years old
- Got h/her ILR

can apply for British Citizenship straight away. The child does not need to wait for 12 months after getting h/her ILR.

Please comment.

at least one of the parents is expected to be BC at the time of the registration.
