Hi

My Tier 1 visa expires on May 2013 and I applied for my ILR visa in April 2013 and lets say, If I get ILR approval in say July 2013, I can't apply for Naturalisation till July 2014.Can I apply for Naturalisation in May 2014 instead of July 2014 as it is not my mistake and UKBA for taking 3 months to approve my ILR

Please please suggest what I need to do

You can only apply after a yr from the date your ILR.
If your ILR is approved in 1 May 2013 then you can only apply from 1 may 2014.
Irrespective of how long your ILR application stays with them,
