Couple of queries - Form AN

Hello, I am due for Naturalisation on/after 16th May’13 as I have got my ILR dated 17th May’12.
I would appreciate if someone could please reply to my below queries:
• In question 1.17 (past addresses for 5 years) – For almost 1 year my wife was on maternity leaves in India – so do I have to mention the Indian address?
• Section 2: Residence requirements – I had quite a few 2 days trip in Europe however it is mentioned that I should ignore the day of arrival and day of departure from the UK – hence in this case it is going to be 0 days. Do I need to mention that on the form and “total number of days absent – should be 0” or shall I just not mention this trip on the form?

1.17 - Are you or your wife applying? This is for the applicant addresses. No need to mention wife's address if you are applying. If she applies she need to mention the address even if overseas.
* mention the trip and put total : 0 days.

My wife is applying with me hence i would be mentioning the overseas address.

Evidence of exercising treaty rights -P-60's?

Hi Jambo,
I am the Director of my limited company hence i have selected this option in Section 3, 3.2 however could you please advise if i need to provide the P-60's as Evidence of exercising treaty rights for 5 years. and i believe the same scenerio for my wife as well.

You use the term "exercising treaty rights" - this refers to people under the EEA regulations, not Tier-1 migrants (which I believe you are). P60's are not required in your case. If you are self-employed (i.e. don't withdraw salary from your company), you might need to submit your latest SA to show your taxes are in order.

Well, i am only self employed from july last year and before that i was operating through the umbrella service.
i haven't taken any salary for last year as i have paid enough tax through my umbrella service in the begining of the year as per my accountant.
you reckon the case worker would check it out with HMRC with the tax reference no provided? (in both the cases as employee and Director).
So basically all i need to provide is the below docs:
2 AN forms
1 MN1 form (for my son)
Passport (i will apply via NCS)
LIUK
Please let me know if any of the docs are missing.
