Spouse BC but get ILR SET(O) route. Have to wait 12 months?

I have lived in UK for 4 years 11 months (arrived UK 07 June 2008) and have just got ILR under SET(O) on 30/04/2013. I have married to British last year but I did not change my T1 General to spouse visa.

- Can I apply BC under 'Married to British citizen' straight away or do I have to wait 12 months which means I can apply on 30/04/2014?

Thank you Jambo. At first I was not sure because someone told me I have to wait because I did not get ILR by SET(M). The sentence below is not clear for me. Does it mean eligible to apply ILR or British citizenship? I read it I think it is for ILR but she told me it is for BC.

'You must be free from immigration time restrictions on the day you make your application. How and when you are eligible for settled status will depend on the immigration category you were in and successfully meeting its requirements for indefinite leave to enter or remain'

This basically says - For naturalisation you need to have ILR. We don't care how or when you got it.
