Question on speeding offences given by court

Hello anyone knows this? I have a couple of speeding penalty points given by magistrates as my license was EU and could not be endorsed so I guess I need to write them down (I have some more penalty points but those 2 were given by magistrates).

Last one was more than 3 years ago. Will that be a problem? Also where does that go, criminal or civil?

Thank you.

You can apply as the last offence was more than 3 years ago. They go in the criminal convictions (including traffic offences) section.

Also, slow down! Like you, I had a court speeding conviction, but now drive near enough within limits and driving is much more fun!

In the last 12 months, how many FPNs have you had, if any?
