Dear members,

I have recently had ILR -long residence based. Have recieved my passport and biometric card back. My wife in a process to aplly for FLR(m)

I want to apply for registration for citizenship for my children via Nationality Checking Service.

My wife will apply for FLR(M) and therefore I will not have my passports and her passports with me on the NCS.

Do you think I can apply for MN1 for children providing completed for and fees and the following documents

1) Children,s birth certificates
2) My ILR Biometric Card only ( both our passports will be at home office with my wifes FLR(M ) application)
3) Marriage certificate

Do you think I will be alright without both of our passports

I suggest you call NCS to check their policy. The HO might be OK with it.

Why can't you do the NCS appointment first and then send the FLR(M)?
