I applied for citizenship on the 1st of December 2012 and and the acknowledgment letter dated 10th of December 2012 received. Up to today I haven't received any reply from the Home office. Background: received a driving conviction through court in 2007 and waited for the 5 year rehabilitation , which meant I was eligible to apply anytime after October 2012. I got 3 points and a 60£ fine through court in 2007 which led to the conviction . I would appreciate advise from fellow forumites.

Wait until early June and then email the HO to ask what's happening?

I have tried calling them but being directed to the website, I am stressed and all my original documents with them. Do I have to email them.
