Hi,

I need to apply for my 18 months old baby and found that there is no place where we write the baby firstname in section 1.


1.5 Surname
1.6 (Only to be used if different from passport)
1.7 Am not sure of the difference between 1.6 and 1.7

Please help on this.

1.6 is where you will write the first and middle names. It doesn't say only, it says if different from the passport.

In your case if it's not different from the passport, then you don't need to provide any explanation on Page 13).
