Self-assessment account for ltd company.

I recently switched from permanent to contractor through Ltd Company and director of the company (from Feb 2013). I don’t have self-assessment statement.
I paid tax return for last quarter. Can I use this tax paid bill reference and company formation documents for supporting evidence?
Does anyone have similar experience, Please advise “ Some Phrase”
