Residence Requirements

Hi All
I enter on work permit visa on 17/10/07, on the 23/10/12 was granted ILR
Can some please advice from which date I need to close my absences from 17/10/07 until 23/10/12 ??
Also when can I apply for BC on the 17/10/13 or the 23/10/13 in order to meet the residence requirements. ??
