May be my problem is similar then other but still i would like to ask you few things, which i believe is very helpful for my child case MN1 or settlement or citizenship application from India or visitor visa from India
Here is my case

our child born in UK on year 2009 while we were on Tier 1 visa, after 10 month we had to send our child to India for care purpose, now almost 3 years she is still there in India, 2 months before i did apply for her family visitor visa along with my cousin brother and sister in law as general visitor visa but been refused, the reason for refusal was that because of legal guardian was not granted visa reason why refuse (twice refusal), (she is 4 years old) now we have got (parents) ILR and as father i did apply for my Naturalisation AN1 last two weeks before, now my questions are (please can i ask you)


1. can I apply for her family visitor visa again with consent (father or mother) and if she got the visitor visa we can apply for her MN1 form from UK once she come in UK?

2. Can I apply for her settlement visa using VAF4A form from India? What is the chances

3. Can i apply MN1 application from UK while she is in India and send certificate to India and apply British passport from India?

Which one is suitable for me (i have got her school admission in UK already which is starting from this September?)

Please i know i did ask a lot question because of i am not able to make right decision

As the child was born in the UK and the parent is now settled, the child is entitled to register as a British Citizen under section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act and this can be done in India.
