I received my son registration certificate with a mistake. what should I do?

I am trying to call their number since last 2-3 days but no response.
The call ends automatically. Which number I should try? is there is any other number apart from number given on the approval letter which seems to be wrong?

I want to talk to an advisor.
What email address should I use? in case I need to send an email

There is no point ringing them. They can't make changes over the phone. Check UKBA website. There is a contact email address for nationality. Plus check all the documents that came with certificate. I am sure there will be contact details somewhere with those docs.
