Does the child of an asylum seeker who has a married British as a father automatically acquire British citizenship? The child was impregnated and born in the UK (was delivered last week ) and the father is married to another lady and a british. what is the fate of the Child being a british now?

You need to be clear. Was the child born in the UK and was either parent a settled person or British?

Child has been born in UK
+ Child's father is British
= Child is a British Citizen by birth
