I applied naturalisation application little confused about my problem i was in insolvency ( debit relief order) and discharge within 1 year and getting benefits job seeker now so u think it will effect on my application hope i get answer or good news soon Thank u

The issue is whether the evidence indicates an intention or recklessness as to build debts and not pay them back. However, if you lost your job and subsequently had debt problems this should be a mitigating factor.
