Hi All

Can my wife apply for a BC immediately after ILR application, planning to apply for ILR in July 2013, assuming she fulfills rest of the criteria for ILR and BC.

She came to UK on 03/2011 with Tier1 dependent visa for a year.
She got extension on Partner Leave to remain visa till Mar 2014.

I(Husband) have applied for BC in May 2013 & hoping to get BC in next 4-6 months time(may be before).

Questions: Can she apply for BC immediately afterwards ILR or she has to wait for a year considering that my application for BC is still due.

Any help would be great.

She must be resident in the UK for 3 years if the spouse of a BC. Therefore, the earliest would be 03/2014 assuming she meets the other requirements.
