Applied on Basis of 10 Years llong residence

Hi
I applied on 10 years long residence basis on 20/4/2013, fee taken on 2/05/2013, still waiting for, anybody who is in same situation, had 3 points on driving licence which i declared , applied through NCS,

You have not said if actually have ILR, merely that you have applied based on 10 years.

As s(he) applied through NCS I would be shocked if they didn't check this.

I agree, but then why did he mention it in the first place. How a BC applicant actually achieved their ILR (the basis for its grant) is not relevant, merely that they have it and meet the residence requirements for naturalization.
