Applied for myself and spouse yesterday. The adviser insisted to see and copy the LiUK certificates. I argued that as I have already satisfied the condition at the time of ILR and as per the guidance, I do not need to provide a proof again but the gentleman wouldn't budge. Was I wrong in my assumption?
