Hi guys

just needed some help

My wife came to the UK in 11/2009
Got ILR 04/2012
Was told i need to wait 1yr on ILR before i can go for BC

When i read up from UKBA website and found that this is not the case & she only needs to be in this country for 3yrs, i wanted to apply for BC.

We moved rooms in the house and lost her passport with ILR
i applied for SAR on 28/01/2013
i reported this to the police on 13/13/2013
i applied for new Pakistani passport on 14/13/2013

she is a housewife so i do not have any employee letters in her name

i have a letter from the doctors and Electrol roll to advise she has been regular visitor

i have documents with her signature for Apr 2012, Oct 2012 and NHS letter confirming appointment for Dec 2012
We have joint bank a/c with my wage comes into and

Nothing in between these times, i have a child and we do not get any benefits on her name as she was not eligible as subject to immigration control at the time of birth so everything was on my name

thank you
Abdul

See here at pages 1 and 2. It should be noted on the HO system when your spouse entered and left the UK. If you add other evidence such as the letters and bank statements that should hopefully suffice. Also include in the extra information box that the passport was lost and reported as such include any airline tickets showing departure and return that should meet the balance of probabilities test.
