Hello friends,

I am applying for my wife's naturalisation application next day after obtaining my certificate after oath ceremony. I am sending following docs to support her application via NCS.

Application form, passport, pictures, LIUK certificate, marriage certificate, my naturalisation certificate to support her app as married to British spouse.

Do I need P60 to support her application ?
Do I need to send any legal docs to support her prev. marriage details?

You can't apply on behalf of your wife. She needs to apply herself.

Me and my wife went through the naturalisation individually last month. Both of us did not submit any P60 or work proof. Just declared my employment status and NI number.

Do I need to send any legal docs to support her prev. marriage details?
Not sure on this.
