Number of days ouside UK before applying for naturalisation

Hi Guys,
I need a little advice on number of absence from the UK before applying for naturalisation as a British Citizen. We (me and my wife [dependant]) have recently granted leave to remain the UK. My wife is currently on maternity leave and would like to visit home for 4 months. I have read in AN guidance notes that only 90 days absence in the 12 month qualifying period is allowed. As my wife is planning to go outside the UK for 120 days approx., when will she be eligible to apply for British citizenship?
