Dear All

I will be grateful for your advice.

I am spouse of EEA National & living in UK since November 2007. I have just received extension of another 5 years (EEA Family Permit)

My wife is German National & has PR issued by UKBA.

Can I apply for British Citizenship straight away or need to get PR first and then apply for British Citizenship?

Any particular reason you applied for another 5 years RC (EEA2) and not PR Confirmation (EEA4)?
