I have a not typical problem, I am from Eu country Poland, so to apply for British citizenship I need to have WRS as a member of EU / A8 countries that was requirement till 2011.
I should have it, I applied for it a few years ago, but even if I am Polish, I didnt receive WRS as they wrote that for my job/position I don't have to have it.
so my question is: how should I fill in some points from AN APPLICATION?
[b]2. 6. If you are an A8 national (see page 10 of the Booklet AN) and you
are exercising your Treaty rights in the UK as a worker, please give date
of registration under the Worker Registration Scheme[/b]
[i]so here I have to write WRS DATE OF ISSUE, I dont have wrs, so should I write only here ''EXEMPT'' and on page 13 explain why I was exempt and attach letter from the office telling me that I was exempt from WRS[/i]?

[b]6.6 ✔ *I declare that, although I do not meet all of the statutory requirements for naturalisation, I believe➤
that, in view of the following special circumstances, the Home Secretary should treat me as fulfilling
those requirements or waive the need in my case to fulfil them.

[i]now in this point do you think I shouldn't tick as even I dont have WRS as Polish, I meet all criteria as lack of WRS is supported by HO letter confirming that I was exempt from it [/i]
