Hi, is a must to send marriage certificate if registering a child born in the UK before 2006?

Depends on the circumstances. Not required if the mother has obtained ILR/PR. Required if basing the application on the father.

The mother and father have both got ILR. Should we still base the application on the mother?
Thank you

If using the mother status, there is no need for marriage certificate.

Thank you for your reply.
One more question, sorry!
What do we write as the child's nationality as she was born in the UK and doesn't have a passport for any country.

The question asks "current nationality" not "current nationality of which you have a passport".

I would assume the child has the nationality of his parents. You are not required to submit a passport as proof of whatever you write on the form.
