British Passport form fill up

Section 3:Have you had or been included on any sort of passport before ?
Do we need to fill Indian Pssport details ?
I had 2 cancelled and one uncancelled passport. Do we need to fill all passort details?

My understanding is you only have to fill in details of all uncancelled passports.

yes and current passport only.
