Dear All,

I am applying for BC soon and need your advise on following questions,

1. I am currently rented a flat with bills and council tax (all inclusive) in rent, could someone please advise if it is mandatory (compulsory) to pay council tax separately or should it be fine if we pay all inclusive rent

2.I have moved to sharing house previously for 6 months but all my letters (Bank Statement, bills etc) were on previous address as I had Royal Mail redirection, should I mention that 6 months in the AN form (previous 5 years address) or do not mention the 6 month as all letters were on my previous address

3.I had Voter registration at my previous address, since I have left (9months ago) I have not contacted council, is it necessary to update address for voter registration

Thanks in advance for your help.

You should state all addresses over the last 5 years. If you are eligible to vote, then by law, you need to register.
