Hello All,
I am on ILR here in UK. My wife lives abroad in India with my parents also she is expecting. Her due date is in Feb 2014. I will become eligible for BC after 16 Mar 2014 since I will complete 12 months on ILR on this date. I intend to apply for my kids Indian passport and then go for Certificate of Entitlement (Right to Abode) on Indian passport.
Can some one kindly please guide me on this? .
Thank you all

You coud only register the child abroad, if the child was born in the UK and subsequently entitled to register as British. If born abroad, and neither parents are British, then would have to come to the UK to be registered by discretion. You've already been told this though.

No, the child will be British if you're naturalised before the birth, if after the birth the registration will be subject to discretion and must be in the UK.

No, because they were not born after you received BC as advised already by Amber in your previous thread.
