Hi, I am applying through NCS tommorow and was just wondering if have have the correct list of documents to carry to NCS correct.

I am under the WP+Tier1+ILR and with a spouse (non EEA)and British born kid.
Form AN - 2 copies
Form MN1
Passports - for all three of us
Marriage Certificate- in English
Kid's Birth certificate
Life in the UK pass certificate - for me and spouse.

Also, do I need to take the Phocopies of these docus or would NCS do it themselves?

Thanks

The NCS Case Worker will do all the copies for you.
They will photocopy all your passports, Life in the UK Test Cert, Marriage Cert etc and return the originals to you there and then.

If you're self employed or if your passport does not cover the residence requirements, then you may need to supplement with something like P60s (Self Employed might need to attach tax returns too)

You'll be using your passport for:

1. Evidence of identity
2. Evidence of lawful residence during the 5 years before the date of the application
3. Evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions
