If any one received ceremony letter which was approved on 22/07/2013 or later?
please update here and help others to look forward.

I have queried them twice through email.
First time they said that team was instructed issue one as you have not yet received it.
Second time they said that team is currently in the process of issuing you invitation letter – unfortunately, I am unsure the reason as to the delay
