I have applied for BCS in july. it has got approved but waiting for ceremony invitation letter.

Can I apply for my wife's naturalisation under 3 years qualification period immediately after taking oath and based on certificate issued in ceremony?

Is it required to wait till I receive british passport to prove my ctizenship?

Your wife can apply as spouse of BC ( 3 years residency requirement) as soon as you take oath. Naturalization certificate should be enough as a proof.

You can not apply for your wife. It will be application from your wife (as spouse of BC when you take oath)
