employment details, parent or child company?

Apologies if that has been asked in the past.
I'm going to apply for naturalisation next month and I have a question with regards to employment details.
I work (I'm an employee) for company K which is owned by company D. K's name appear on my payslips, p60. I work in K's offices.
What should I put in sections 3.3 & 3.4 & 3.5 of the form? The details of company K or the details of company D?
or maybe should I put K's details in 3.3 & 3.4 & 3.5 and mention D's details at page 13?
