I have got 2 questions

1. I am going to apply for naturalization soon. I have read through couple of post on this boards, which has mentioned about poll deed & attach marriage certificate to AN form for adding surname. I need some conceret answers on below hope someone can help.

i.e My name + Husband name + Husband's Surname

(does above format works, if I attach marriage certificate or I can keep it like
My name + Husband's surname + maiden name

2. Let's say above goes easily and my british passport has above format name, then how about OCI card? What I need to do in order to gain OCI card on new name, since My indian passport will only have previous name?
