Hi Everyone,
Can someone help me with below:
I came to UK in 2004, I lived here as a Sponsored WorkPermit holder from Aug 2007 to Aug 2012.
On 13 Aug 2012, me and family(including kid) were all granted ILR(Indefinite leave to remain) in UK.
Now I will be applying for British Naturalization, the question I have is regarding my wife and one of the kids who was born while I was still on WorkPermit.
My wife arrived in UK on Jan 2010, will she still be eligible for Naturalization, or does she needs to wait until she has spent 5/3 years in UK?
I have heard/seen conflicting information, regarding this.
Also the child that was born when I was on WorkPermit, will she need to Register or she can directly apply for British passport.
And if she needs to Register, will it be a separate application or can she apply with us when we apply for Naturalization?
Regards,

She needs to register first and you need to fill MN1 form for her. You can save some money by sending all the applications together.

Regarding your wife she can only apply after 3 years residency once you become BC(after taking oath). You can send her application with yours as well but then it would be on case worker's discretion so the safest option would be to apply after you become BC
