i apply ilr on sep 2012 and got ilr on may 2013,
when i m eligible for BC,
After gettind ilr or the time start when i apply ilr,
because some cases 15 month time counted when you apply ilr,
and some cases complete one year after the ilr,
plz clear this point

If you're not the spouse/civil partner of a British Citizen, then you may be able to apply in December 2013 if the ILR delay was not your own fault subject to meeting the standard requirements including the new English requirement.
