Applied on 3rd July through MK NCC Services - still waiting

Hi,
My Naturalization application ( 1Yr WP + 4Yrs Tier1 + 1Yr ILR)
applied through Milton Keynes NCC Services on 03 July,2013.
August 18th - contact UKBA via Email - received a reply saying - Adecission has been made on your application - wait till 09th September to receive documents.
